- 8 pork chops
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard
- 2 heaping tablespoons [30 mL] brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons [90 mL] chili sauce
- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] catsup
- 4 teaspoons [20 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] water

- Remove almost all of fat from pork chops.
- Into a bowl, mix together chopped onion, lemon juice, dry mustard, brown sugar, chili sauce, catsup and Worcestershire sauce; salt and pepper.
- Marinate pork chops into mixture for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Arrange pork chops into a large oven-safe dish; pour marinade all over pork chops.
- Pour in water, cover and bake into preheated oven, for 45 minutes.
