Balsamic Vinegar Maple Syrup Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 pork tenderloin for 2
  • A few cloves garlic
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dried basil
  • Sliver then insert garlic cloves into pork tenderloin.
  • Transfer tenderloin into a baking dish with a tight lid.
  • Into a bowl, mix together all marinade ingredients.
  • Pour marinade over pork tenderloin.
  • Refrigerate and leave to marinate for 24 hours.
  • Then, preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
  • Transfer pork tenderloin and its marinade into preheated oven.
  • Roast tenderloin uncovered for 40 minutes.
