- 10 country-style pork ribs
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] minced garlic
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 [18-ounce / 512-mL] bottle barbecue sauce
- Salt, to taste [optional]

- Preheat oven to 250°F [120°C].
- Arrange ribs into a shallow baking pan or roaster; salt if desired.
- Spread minced garlic all over the ribs.
- Top ribs with lemon slices.
- Bake into preheated oven for approximately 2 hours, until tender.
- Drain any grease and liquid.
- Pour barbecue sauce all over the ribs.
- Return to oven and bake 1 more hour, at 200°F [93°C] to 250°F [120°C].
