- 2 cups [280 g] flour
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] brown sugar
- 1/2 cup [125 mol] peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] milk
- 2 bananas, mashed

- Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
- Into a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Into a clean bowl, beat together peanut butter, oil, eggs, milk and mashed bananas.
- Add peanut butter mixture to flour mixture, until just moistened.
- Spoon into buttered muffin tins.
- Bake into preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve.
