  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 slice of cheese
  • Half English muffin, into 1/3 [top], 2/3 slices.
  • Remove the inside of thicker slice.
  • Break in egg.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Then top with remaining 1/3rd muffin slice.
  • Bake into a preheated 400°F [200°C] oven for 15 minutes.
