- 1 English muffin
- 1 egg
- 1/2 slice of cheese

- Half English muffin, into 1/3 [top], 2/3 slices.
- Remove the inside of thicker slice.
- Break in egg.
- Top with cheese.
- Then top with remaining 1/3rd muffin slice.
- Bake into a preheated 400°F [200°C] oven for 15 minutes.
