- 1 cup [200 g] sugar
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 medium bananas, crushed
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] sour cream
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] baking soda
- 2 cups [280 g] flour
- 6 ounces [170 g] chocolate chips or peanut butter [3/4 cup / 190 mL]

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Following given order, mix together sugar, vegetable oil, beaten eggs, crushed bananas, sour cream, baking soda, flour and chocolate chips or peanut butter.
- Fill muffin tins up to 3/4th with dough.
- Bake muffins into preheated oven, for 20 to 25 minutes.
