Ingredients
Preparation
4 cups [1 L] milk
1/4 cup [60 mL] cocoa powder
1/4 cup [60 mL] honey
2 sticks cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] salt
Scald milk with cinnamon sticks.
Mix together cocoa powder and salt.
Blend in 1/4 cup [60 mL] hot milk, until smooth.
Add to scalded milk; stir in honey.
Reheat.
Beat using a rotary beater and serve.
