Cream
  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] lean grated cheese
  • 12 tablespoons [180 mL] lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon [10 mL] first-pressure oil
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] honey
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] ground almonds or sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] buckwheat or oat seeds
Topping
  • Fresh fruits pieces [optional]
  • Beat together grated cheese, lemon juice, oil, honey, mashed banana, minced almonds or sunflower seeds and buckwheat or oat seeds, until thoroughly mixed.
  • Grind almonds or sunflower seeds together with buckwheat or oat seeds.
  • Add dry ingredients to creamy mixture; mix well.
  • Serve, decorated with fresh fruits pieces if desired.
