At breakfast, spread mixture over toasted whole wheat bread slices.

- 5 1/2 ounces [160 mL] Ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] cinnamon
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] raisins
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] honey
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely chopped nuts [optional]

- Well mix together all ingredients.
