Ricotta Cheese Spread

At breakfast, spread mixture over toasted whole wheat bread slices.

  • 5 1/2 ounces [160 mL] Ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] raisins
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] honey
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely chopped nuts [optional]
  • Well mix together all ingredients.
