- 3 eggs
- 6 tablespoons [90 mL] whole wheat flour
- 3 cups [750 mL] spinach leaves, grossly chopped
- 1 cup [250 mL] cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] bean curd, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup [115 g] grated cheese
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] sesame seeds
- Sea salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

- Into a bowl, beat together eggs and whole wheat flour, until creamy.
- Mix in chopped spinach leaves, cottage cheese, chopped bean curd, half of grated cheese, sea salt and pepper.
- Pour into a pan, sprinkle with remaining grated cheese, then with sesame seeds.
- Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 45 minutes.
