Laurie's Stuffing

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • Butter
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery sticks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] beef in a mug
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Dice loaf of bread; reserve.
  • Into a frying pan, melt a little butter; soften together chopped onion and celery.
  • Mix in beef in a mug, then bread cubes.
  • Salt, pepper and well mix together all ingredients.
  • Transfer into a baking pan.
  • Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 1 hour.
  • Serve.
