  • 2 1/2 tablespoons [37.5 mL] paprika
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] salt
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dried leaf oregano
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dried thyme
  • Mix together all Creole seasoning ingredients.
  • Store into an airtight jar or container.
