- 1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] maple syrup
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] applesauce
- 2 cups [500 mL] berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or a mixture
- 2 cups [500 mL] granola cereals

- Into a bowl, mix together yogurt, maple syrup and applesauce.
- Evenly arrange berries into 4 deep bowls.
- Evenly spoon yogurt mixture over fruits then top each serving with 1/2 cup [125 mL] granola cereals.
- Serve immediately.
