Maple Berry Muesli

  • 1 cup [250 mL] plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] applesauce
  • 2 cups [500 mL] berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or a mixture
  • 2 cups [500 mL] granola cereals
  • Into a bowl, mix together yogurt, maple syrup and applesauce.
  • Evenly arrange berries into 4 deep bowls.
  • Evenly spoon yogurt mixture over fruits then top each serving with 1/2 cup [125 mL] granola cereals.
  • Serve immediately.
