  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] water
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] cornflour
  • Into a casserole, bring salted water to a boil.
  • Sprinkle cornflour over boiling water, stirring until well combined.
  • Lower heat to low.
  • Cover casserole.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes or more, until ready to serve.
