- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] water
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cornflour

- Into a casserole, bring salted water to a boil.
- Sprinkle cornflour over boiling water, stirring until well combined.
- Lower heat to low.
- Cover casserole.
- Simmer for 10 minutes or more, until ready to serve.
