- 1 fresh hot pepper, seeded then finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] dark soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons [20 mL] lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] hot water

- Well mix together all ingredients into a bowl.
- Leave to rest for 30 minutes before serving.
