Comments: Excellent with beef.
Servings: Approximately 1/2 cup [125 mL]
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 fresh hot pepper, seeded then finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons [60 mL] dark soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons [20 mL] lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] hot water
  • Well mix together all ingredients into a bowl.
  • Leave to rest for 30 minutes before serving.
