| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 4 teaspoons [20 mL] salt
- 6 teaspoons [30 mL] paprika
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] onion powder
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] chili powder
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] curry powder
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] celery powder
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] thyme
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] sage
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] Cayenne pepper

- Mix together all ingredients into a small jar; seal.
- Shake well before using.
