  • 4 teaspoons [20 mL] salt
  • 6 teaspoons [30 mL] paprika
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] celery powder
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] thyme
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] Cayenne pepper
  • Mix together all ingredients into a small jar; seal.
  • Shake well before using.
