- 1 cup [250 mL] maple syrup
- 1 cup [225 g] butter
- 1 cup [250 mL] corn syrup
- 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] whipping cream [35%]
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vanilla

- Mix together maple syrup, butter, corn syrup and brown sugar into a large casserole.
- Brign to a hard boil.
- Leave to hard-boil, stirring, for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Whip in whipping cream and vanilla.
- Leave to cool completely.
- Pour into a container with a cover.
- Keep refrigerated.
