These should be really thin, almost paper-thin.
Ingredients
Preparation
1 cup [140 g] flour
1/4 cup [60 mL] icing sugar
1 1/2 cups [375 mL] milk
2 eggs
Vegetable oil
Beat together flour, icing sugar, milk and eggs.
Lightly oil a non-stick frypan.
Cook thin pancakes, until lightly golden on both sides.
