- 1 1/2 cups [210 g] flour
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] milk
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] baking powder
- 2 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Oil or shortening

- Beat together flour, milk, baking powder, eggs and salt, until smooth; if needed, add a little more milk.
- Heat oil or shortening [approximately 1/2 inch - 1.3 cm deep melted fat] into a frypan, over high heat.
- Pour in a little batter at a time.
- Lightly brown on one side, then flip pancake over and brown on other side.
