- 2 cups [500 mL] eggs
- 2 cups [400 g] sugar
- 2 cups [500 mL] vegetable oil
- 2 cups [280 g] all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vanilla

- Beat together eggs and sugar.
- Pour in oil; gradually mix in flour and vanilla.
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Pour in a little dough; close waffle iron.
- Cook for approximately 2 minutes, until golden.
- Keep waffles in al foil.
