- 2 cans apple pie filling
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] honey
- 1/2 cup [115 g] butter or margarine
- Pork sausages or bacon slices
- 12 waffles

- Combine apple filling, honey and butter or margarine.
- Heat, stirring occasionally.
- Cook sausages until no longer pink inside, bacon slices until crisp.
- To serve, reheat waffles.
- Spoon apple filling mixture over half of waffles.
- Top with remaining waffles, then with sausages or bacon slices.
