- 6 eggs
- 1 cup [140 g] flour
- 1 cup [250 mL] milk
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 3 to 4 tablespoons [45 to 60 g] butter

- Preheat oven to 400°F [200°C].
- Well beat together eggs, flour, milk and salt.
- Melt butter over the bottom of 9 x13-inch [23 x 33cm] pan or a large iron skillet until it sizzles.
- Pour batter on top of melted butter.
- Bake into preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until light brown and puffed.
- Serve immediately.
