Easy Beef and Macaroni Dish

  • 1 pkg cheese and tomato macaroni dinner
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] pasta sauce
  • 1/2 pound [227 g] lean ground beef
  • 1 cup [250 mL] Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Prepare cheese and tomato macaroni dinner according to direction.
  • Cook ground beef, breaking it up with a fork; drain.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Cover bottom of a lightly greased 8 x 11 inches [20 x 28 cm] baking dish with 1/2 of macaroni and cheese.
  • Layer with 1/2 of pasta sauce, beef and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 20 minutes, until hot.
