- Peanut oil
- 4 cups [1 L] well-drained boiled macaroni elbows
- Cooked meat or chicken cubes, or whole boiled shrimps, to taste
- Mixed cooked fresh or frozen vegetable pieces, to taste
- Minced garlic, to taste
- Beef broth concentrate [enough to give the pasta a nice brown color]
- Soy sauce, to taste
- Salt, to taste [optional as soy sauce is really salty]
- Pepper, to taste

- Heat a little peanut oil into a wok.
- Add then reheat together drained macaroni elbows, cooked meat or chicken cubes or shrimp, and/or cooked mixed vegetable pieces.
- Mix minced garlic, beef broth concentrate and soy sauce; salt and pepper.
- Reheat stirring, and serve.
