- 3 cups [750 mL] macaroni
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] butter
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] spreadable cheese
- 1 [10-ounce / 284 mL] can tomato soup
- Salt, pepper and parsley

- Cook macaroni in salted, boiling water, rinse and drain.
- Melt butter in a casserole dish, add cheese and tomato soup.
- Add seasonings.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring.
- Add macaroni and cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
