Easy Macaroni and Cheese

  • 3 cups [750 mL] macaroni
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] butter
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] spreadable cheese
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284 mL] can tomato soup
  • Salt, pepper and parsley
  • Cook macaroni in salted, boiling water, rinse and drain.
  • Melt butter in a casserole dish, add cheese and tomato soup.
  • Add seasonings.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring.
  • Add macaroni and cook another 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let sit 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
