- 1 cup [250 mL] uncooked tortellini noodles [cheese or meat]
- 4 slices prosciutto [Parme ham] not too thin
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] whipping cream [35%]
- 2 or 3 pinches nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] cognac
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] butter
- About 12 ounces [340 mL]mushrooms

- Cook tortellini according to instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, place butter, mushrooms and prosciutto.
- When butter has melted, add cognac and flamber.
- Immediately add cream, nutmeg, salt, pepper and tortellini noodles.
- Heat a bit and serve.
