- 3 pounds [1.4 kg] ground pork
- 1 pound [454 g] spaghetti
- 19 ounces [256 mL] tomato juice
- 19 ounces [256 mL] chopped tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] ground clove
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] poultry seasonings

- Cook meat in a frying pan.
- Add tomatoes, tomato juice, seasonings and boil; reduce.
- Cook spaghetti half-way.
- In a large oven-safe dish, mix together meat and spaghetti.
- Scatter small knobs of butter on top.
- Cover and place in preheated oven at 350°F [180°C] for about 3 hours, uncover for last 1/2 hour.
