- 4 cups [1 L] cooked macaroni
- 3 pork chops
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] vegetable oil
- 4 onions, sliced
- 4 branches celery, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper
- 8 3/4 ounces [248 g] fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 1/2 ounces [100 mL] or more soya sauce

- Cut pork into small pieces, turn in hot oil and add onions, celery and green pepper.
- Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
- With about 10 minutes left of cooking time, add mushrooms.
- In another dish, cook macaroni.
- When everything is cooked, mix together all ingredients.
- Add soya sauce.
- Mix well.
