- 1 cup [250 mL] ham, cut in small cubes
- 1 container Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- Pepper
- Cooked cannellonis
- Tomato or meat sauce
- Whipping [35%] cream
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] Mozzarella cheese

- Mix together ham, ricotta cheese and eggs; season with pepper.
- Stuff cannellonis and place in a shallow dish.
- Mix together sauce and a bit of cream.
- Cover pasta with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake 45 minutes at 375°F [190°C].
