Cannelloni Stuffed with Ricotta and Ham

  • 1 cup [250 mL] ham, cut in small cubes
  • 1 container Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Pepper
  • Cooked cannellonis
  • Tomato or meat sauce
  • Whipping [35%] cream
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] Mozzarella cheese
  • Mix together ham, ricotta cheese and eggs; season with pepper.
  • Stuff cannellonis and place in a shallow dish.
  • Mix together sauce and a bit of cream.
  • Cover pasta with the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake 45 minutes at 375°F [190°C].
