- 1 bag spinach, stems removed
- 1/2 pound [227 g] ground pork
- 1/2 pound [227 g] ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 large handful freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 large handful freshly shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] bread crumbs
- 1 container Ricotta cheese
- 1 pound [454 g] boiled drained cannelloni noodles
- Tomato or meat sauce
- Grated Mozzarella cheese
- Whipping [35%] cream
- Salt and pepper

- Rinse and cook spinach into salted boiling water.
- Cook together ground pork and beef along with chopped garlic, stirring.
- Really well drain then chop spinach.
- Mix into meat mixture; leave to cool.
- Preheat oven to 375°F [190°C].
- Into a large bowl, well-mix together egg, shredded Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses, bread crumbs and Ricotta cheese; salt and pepper mixture.
- Well mix in cooled meat-spinach mixture.
- Stuff noodles with mixture; arrange into a just large enough baking dish.
- Pour enough tomato or tomato meat sauce all over stuffed pasta noodles to cover.
- Sprinkle all over with grated Mozzarella cheese before pouring a little heavy cream all over.
- Bake into preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
- Leave to sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
