Angel Hair with Cream of Mushroom

A very easy recipe ready in 5 minutes. Kids always want more. This is my save-all recipe.

| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1/4 to 1/2 package angel hair [capelli de angelo]
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
|
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water; drain.
- Mix together cream of mushroom and onion.
- Mix everything together; place in an oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350°F until cheese has melted, 10 to 15 minutes.
