- 8 ounces [227 g] fettucini
- 1/2 cup [115 g] shredded Parmesan cheese, more to serve if desired
- 5 tablespoons [75 mL] heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons [45 g] butter
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pepper

- Boil pasta noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain and transfer noodles back into casserole.
- Add shredded Parmesan cheese, cream and butter.
- Stir to coat pasta noodles.
- Transfer into a serving dish; sprinkle with nutmeg and pepper.
- Serve, sprinklee with additional shredded Parmesan cheese if desired.
