Fettucini with Small Shrimp

  • 1 cup [250 mL] heavy whipping cream [35%]
  • 1 cup [250 mL] milk
  • 2 slices yellow cheese
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon [15 g] garlic butter
  • 1 cup [250 mL] drained canned small shrimps
  • Hot boiled drained fettucini noodles for 2
  • Pour milk and cream into a large frying pan; add cheese slices and sprinkle all over with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Salt, pepper and leave to simmer until thickened.
  • Melt garlic butter into a small frypan; just brown drained shrimps.
  • Evenly arrange pasta noodles onto 2 individual plates, top all over with cheese sauce and garnish with shrimps.
  • Serve immediately.
