- 1/2 pound [227 g] fettucini noodles
- 1 cup [250 mL] broccoli florets
- 1 cup [250 mL] skim milk
- 8 3/4 ounces [248 mL] light cream cheese, cubed
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] garlic powder
- 1 cup [250 mL] turkey breast, cooked or smoked, cubed
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Shredded Parmesan cheese

- Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli during last 5 minutes.
- Drain and set aside.
- Place milk, cream cheese, onions, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a casserole dish; cook over low heat until unctuous.
- Incorporate turkey and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix pasta and vegetables with sauce.
- Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
