1 1/2 cup [375 mL] meat tortellini, uncooked
Salt
1 tablespoon [15 mL] butter
1 cup [250 mL] green pepper, cut into small cubes
1 cup [250 mL] mushrooms, sliced
8 3/4 ounces [248 g] bacon
2 cups [500 mL] 35% cream
Pepper
1 cup [250 mL] tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese

- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a frying pan, melt butter and cook green pepper cubes; set aside.
- Cook mushrooms; set aside.
- Cook bacon until crispy; break into crumbs and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat cream over high heat.
- Add lots of pepper.
- After 3 to 4 minutes over high heat, add tomato sauce.
- After another 3 minutes add green pepper, mushrooms and bacon.
- Simmer over medium heat 5 minutes.
- Add tortellini, stir.
- Add a bit of Parmesan cheese, cover and cook over low heat a few minutes.
- Serve.
