Delicious Macaroni and Cheese

  • 2 cups [500 mL] macaroni
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup [250 mL] milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup [250 mL] Cheddar cheese, shredded
Topping
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] melted butter
  • 20 round crackers [cheese] crumbled
  • 1 cup [250 mL] Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Cook pasta 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and seasonings.
  • Add pasta and cheese; mix well.
  • In another bowl, mix together melted butter, cracker crumbs and shredded cheese.
  • Place pasta mixture in a greased glass dish [8 x 12 inches / 20 x 30 cm].
  • Cover with topping.
  • Cook in oven at 400°F [200°C], for 15 minutes.
