- 2 cups [500 mL] macaroni
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup [250 mL] milk
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] dry mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup [250 mL] Cheddar cheese, shredded
Topping
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] melted butter
- 20 round crackers [cheese] crumbled
- 1 cup [250 mL] Cheddar cheese, shredded

- Cook pasta 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and seasonings.
- Add pasta and cheese; mix well.
- In another bowl, mix together melted butter, cracker crumbs and shredded cheese.
- Place pasta mixture in a greased glass dish [8 x 12 inches / 20 x 30 cm].
- Cover with topping.
- Cook in oven at 400°F [200°C], for 15 minutes.
