  • 14 ounces [379 g] fresh pasta
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chives
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] basil
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] tarragon
  • 3 1/2 ounces [100 g] butter
  • 3 1/2 ounces [100 g] mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] white wine
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Cook pasta Ļal denteĻ.
  • Sauter mushrooms in butter.
  • Add pasta, fine herbs and white wine.
  • Season and add Parmesan cheese to taste.
