Belgium-Style Spaghetti

  • 1 pound [454 g] spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup [250 mL] milk
  • 1 [10-ounce / 284-mL] can cream of chicken soup concentrate
  • 5 1/4 ounces [150 g] Cheddar cheese, into thin strips
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Boil spaghetti noodles into salted boiling water; drain.
  • Into a saucepan, heat together milk and cream of chicken soup concentrate, over medium heat.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Transfer drained spaghetti noodles into an oven-safe dish.
  • Pour in cream of chicken mixture.
  • Top mixture with Cheddar cheese strips.
  • Bake into preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
