- 1/2 pound [227 g] sausage meat
- 1 pound [454 g] macaroni noodles
- 1 broccoli head
- 1/8 pound [57 g] margarine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] Tabasco sauce

- Into a frypan, brown sausage meat into melted margarine, stirring.
- Boil macaroni noodles into salted boiling water until done; drain and reserve.
- Boil broccoli into salted boiling water, until tender yet still crunchy.
- Drain and break broccoli into flowerets.
- Melt margarine into a casserole; stir in reserved macaroni noodles.
- Into a clean saucepan, fry minced garlic into really hot olive oil; mix in sausage meat and broccoli flowerets.
- Mix into macaroni noodles and serve, hot.
