Pizza Dough

  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] oil
  • 2/3 cup [160 mL] milk
  • 2 cups [280 g] flour
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cornstarch
  • Mix together oil and milk.
  • Into a clean bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and cornstarch.
  • Pour oil mixture into flour mixture; thoroughly mix.
  • Roll dough.
