- 2 cups [280 g] all-purpose flour [or half all-purpose / half wheat flour]
- 1 [1-tablespoon / 15-mL] pack active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 1/2 teaspon [2.5 g] sugar
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vegetable oil

- Transfer flour, yeast, salt and sugar into a food processor container; mix.
- With the motor running, pour in lukewarm water and vegetable oil.
- Mix until a ball shapes; mix for 1 minute more.
- Transfer dough ball onto a lightly floured surface.
- Roll ball to coat with flour.
- Wrap floured ball into plastic wrap; set aside for 10 minutes.
- Roll dough into a 10-inch [25-cm] circle or square, to taste.
