Pizza Dough In-a-Hurry

Servings: 4 to 6 [1 pizza crust]

  • 2 cups [280 g] all-purpose flour [or half all-purpose / half wheat flour]
  • 1 [1-tablespoon / 15-mL] pack active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 1/2 teaspon [2.5 g] sugar
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] vegetable oil
  • Flour
  • Transfer flour, yeast, salt and sugar into a food processor container; mix.
  • With the motor running, pour in lukewarm water and vegetable oil.
  • Mix until a ball shapes; mix for 1 minute more.
  • Transfer dough ball onto a lightly floured surface.
  • Roll ball to coat with flour.
  • Wrap floured ball into plastic wrap; set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Roll dough into a 10-inch [25-cm] circle or square, to taste.
