- 3 cups [420 g] all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [8 mL] instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] baking powder
- 1 teaspoon [5 g] sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt
- 6 tablespoons [90 mL] oil
- 2 cups [500 mL] lukewarm water

- Pizza tomato sauce
- Garnishings, to taste
- Grated cheese, to taste

- Into a large bowl, mix together flour, yeast, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Stir.
- Pour in oil and lukewarm water.
- Well mix.
- Transfer dough onto a floured surface; knead dough 30 to 40 times, until smooth and stretchy.
- Grease 2 [12-inch / 30-cm each] pizza pans.
- Divide dough into 2 halves.
- Roll and stretch dough to cover both pans.
- Bake into a preheated 425°F [220°C] oven for 15 to 20 minutes; remove from oven.
- If desired, freeze half-baked crusts.
- When ready to serve, garnish half-baked crust[s] with pizza tomato sauce, garnishings and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake into a preheated 425°F [220°C] oven, for 8 to 10 minutes.
