Shellfish Pizza

  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] white sauce
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] boiled shrimps
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] boiled scallops
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] boiled crabmeat
  • Pizza dough for 1 crust
  • 1 cup [250 mL] freshly minced mushrooms
  • 2 cups [450 g] grated Mozzarella cheese
  • Preheat oven to 450°F [230°C].
  • Into a bowl, mix together white sauce, shrimps, scallops and crabmeat.
  • Evenly spread over crust.
  • Top with minced mushrooms and then with grated Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake into preheated oven for 10 minutes.
