- Melted butter
- 2 leeks
- 1/2 pack dry cream of leek soup mix
- 1 cup [250 mL] water
- 1 [12-inch / 30-cm] unbaked pizza crust
- Tomato slices
- Fresh spinach leaves, shredded
- Ripe or green olives, cut into pieces
- Grated cheese, to taste

- Brown finely cut leeks into melted butter; reserve.
- Into a saucepan, mix together water and dry cream of leek soup mix; heat over low heat.
- Thoroughly mix in browned leeks; simmer until thickened.
- Spread mixture over pizza crust.
- Garnish with tomato slices, shredded spinach leaves and ripe or green olive pieces.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake into a preheated 400°F [200°C] oven until cheese is light golden brown.
