'Pizza' in a Dish

  • 4 cups [1 L] cooked pasta [mini-sheels or macaroni]
  • 1 [26-ounce / 750 mL] jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup [225 g] grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup [250 mL] sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup [250 mL] sweet pepper strips, red and green
  • 2 cups [450 g] grated Mozzarella cheese
  • In an 8-cup [2 L] round oven-proof dish, mix together cooked pasta, half of spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour remaining sauce over pasta.
  • Arrange pepperoni slices and pepper strips on top of sauce.
  • Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for approximately 35 minutes, until really hot.
  • Serve immediately.
