- 1 [15-inch / 38-cm] unbaked pizza crust
- 1 cup [250 mL] pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] artichoke heart halves
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cleaned, sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] thinly sliced onion
- 10 pitted ripe olives, sliced
- Pinch of oregano
- 1 cup [225 g] shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 sweet green pepper, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced

- Preheat oven to 500°F [260°C].
- Oil a pizza sheet.
- Arrange unbaked pizza crust onto pizza sheet.
- Evenly spread dough with pizza sauce.
- Arrange artichoke heart halves, mushroom, onion and ripe olive slices all over the sauce.
- Sprinkle with oregano.
- Garnish with shredded cheese; decorate with green pepper and tomato slices.
- Bake into preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Serve.
