| Ingredients | Preparation |
- 1 unbaked pizza crust
- 1 cup [250 mL] pizza sauce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] pitted and sliced ripe olives
- 2/3 cup [150 g] crumbled farm goat cheese [Feta cheese-style]
- Oregano
- Pepper
- 6 slices prosciutto, diced
- Oil

- Preheat oven to 500°F [260°C].
- Arrange unbaked pizza crust onto an oiled pizza sheet.
- Spread pizza crust all over with pizza sauce.
- Garnish with tomato dices and ripe olive slices.
- Sprinkle all over with crumbled goat cheese; season to taste with oragano and pepper.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven; garnish with prosciutto dices.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes more.
- Serve.
