Goat Cheese Prosciutto Pizza

  • 1 unbaked pizza crust
  • 1 cup [250 mL] pizza sauce
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] pitted and sliced ripe olives
  • 2/3 cup [150 g] crumbled farm goat cheese [Feta cheese-style]
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • 6 slices prosciutto, diced
  • Oil
  • Preheat oven to 500°F [260°C].
  • Arrange unbaked pizza crust onto an oiled pizza sheet.
  • Spread pizza crust all over with pizza sauce.
  • Garnish with tomato dices and ripe olive slices.
  • Sprinkle all over with crumbled goat cheese; season to taste with oragano and pepper.
  • Bake into preheated oven, for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Remove from oven; garnish with prosciutto dices.
  • Bake for 5 to 7 minutes more.
  • Serve.
