- 1 unbaked pizza crust
- 1 cup [250 mL] pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cleaned, sliced mushrooms
- 2/3 pound [300 g] sliced Gorgonzola cheese
- 3 mild Italian sausages, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 sweet red pepper, sliced

- Preheat oven to 500°F [260°C].
- Arrange pizza crust onto an oiled pizza sheet.
- Spread crust with pizza sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and mushroom slices.
- Top with Gorgonzola cheese slices.
- Bake into preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Garnish first with chopped Italian sausage and then with sweet red pepper slices.
- Bake for 5 to 6 minutes more.
