- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] water
- 4 cups [560 g] flour
- 3/4 teaspoon [3.75 g] sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons [37.5 mL] olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [5 g] active dry yeast
- Garnishings, to taste

- Mix together water, flour, sugar, salt, olive oil and dry yeast, in given order.
- Process into bread machine; remove dough from bread machine and half dough.
- Sprinkle dough with flour; leave to rise for 10 minutes on the counter, covered with a dry cloth.
- Shape dough into pizza crusts.
- Garnish crusts to taste.
- Bake into a preheated 400°F [200°C] oven, for 15 to 20 minutes.
