  • 1 pita bread
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] sliced olives
  • 4 or 5 green pepper slices
  • 1/2 cup [115 g] grated Mozzarella cheese
  • Completely cover pita bread with tomato slices; top with onion slices.
  • Top with olive slices and then with green pepper slices.
  • Sprinkle all over with grated Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 20 minutes.
