- 1 pita bread
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] sliced olives
- 4 or 5 green pepper slices
- 1/2 cup [115 g] grated Mozzarella cheese

- Completely cover pita bread with tomato slices; top with onion slices.
- Top with olive slices and then with green pepper slices.
- Sprinkle all over with grated Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven, for 20 minutes.
